Six pillars of responsibility
Certified Organic Sourcing
Every botanical ingredient we use is certified organic under COSMOS standards. We work directly with 14 small-scale farms across France, Spain, and Morocco — paying fair prices, visiting annually, and co-investing in soil health programmes.
Zero Plastic Packaging
We eliminated plastic from our packaging in 2020. Every product ships in glass, recycled aluminium, or FSC-certified card. Our Refill Programme lets you return empty bottles for a 10% discount and ensures they are cleaned and reused.
Carbon Neutral Production
Our production facility in Lyon runs on 100% renewable energy. We offset remaining emissions through verified reforestation projects in the Massif Central. We publish our full carbon accounting annually.
Water Stewardship
Our closed-loop water system recycles 94% of water used in production. We partner with the Rhône River Trust to monitor and protect the watershed near our facility. Water is treated as a finite resource, not a utility.
Fair Trade & Living Wages
Every person in our supply chain earns at least a living wage for their region. We publish our full supply chain map and conduct annual third-party audits. We believe transparency is the foundation of trust.
Biodiversity Commitment
We donate 1% of revenue to biodiversity restoration projects through our partnership with 1% for the Planet. In 2024, this funded the restoration of 340 hectares of native meadow habitat across southern Europe.
